Briton Anthony Joshua said he will "dominate completely" Jake Paul and "overpower" the American as the combatants came face-to-face to build hype for next month's heavyweight fight.

In spite of such comments, a calm Anthony Joshua and internet personality Jake Paul - normally recognized for his dramatics - shared friendly words and remained civil with each other.
Paul instead targeted former Joshua's rival the Cameroonian fighter and described him as "not serious" after Ngannou rejected a bout proposal.

Joshua, in the meantime, took aim at UK rival Tyson Fury - and declined a million-pound wager 'The Gypsy King' says he will place on a Paul victory.
"Jake Paul outshines Tyson Fury - he's actually sitting here," Joshua said.

Despite declaring he will damage his opponent, Joshua refused to speak negatively about his rival's fighting skills.

Jake Paul - who first rose to fame on the Disney Channel - has mostly fought MMA fighters or declining opponents since entering professional boxing.
He was defeated by Briton Tommy Fury in 2023.

The 28 year old predicted a KO victory in the fourth or fifth round and claimed he would prevent the highly-expected Joshua–Fury fight, which is apparently being planned for two years from now.
