It's a batch pre-mixed that is bursting full of tastes associated with holiday season, making it perfect for hosting a holiday party. Save the extra cordial for brunch beverages, desserts, or to make another batch of this cocktail.

For the Clementine Cordial (produces 750ml)
300ml recently pressed clementine juice
200ml recently pressed lemon juice
500g caster sugar
Ingredients for the Premix (produces 850ml, serving 10)
400ml good quality vodka
100ml dry gin
150ml peach liqueur
200ml clementine syrup (from the recipe above)
Fresh cranberries, for garnish
Mandarin essential oil, as a final touch
Instructions
Making the Citrus Syrup: Place all the ingredients into a pot, heat until it reaches a light boil, mixing so the sugar melts. After that, turn off the stove allowing it to cool down entirely. Decant to a sealable bottle, close it and store in the refrigerator, it can be stored for up to a month.
For the Cocktail Base: Mix every liquids into a sizeable container, let it rest for one hour, then strain , ideally through a fine cloth, to ensure it's perfectly clear.
When ready to serve: Measure 85ml of the premix into a mixing glass filled with ice, and agitate gently for one minute to cool it down. Strain to a cold coupe glass or a similar vessel, garnish with some cranberries and complete it by giving it a quick spritz of mandarin oil above the glass.
